HyperFrames Animation

By dev_mine

Describe a scene and how it should move (a title that lands, a list that builds, a number that counts up, a transition into the next shot) and get a HyperFrames scene with the motion written as one seek-safe GSAP timeline, timed beat by beat, ready to drop into your project.

About this skill

Good motion is choreography: what the eye looks at, in what order and for how long. In HyperFrames it also has to be seek-safe, because the renderer jumps to every frame independently, so anything driven by a clock, a timer or a CSS transition flickers or freezes in the MP4.

This skill writes the choreography and the code together: - A beat sheet you can read before any code, with times and eases. - Entrances that combine movement, staggers that lead the eye, holds long enough to read. - Recipes for line-by-line headlines, typewriters, count-ups, charts, list builds and transitions. - Every time in one block of named constants, so retiming is editing numbers.

You get one scene file and the line that mounts it, or a minimal project around it if you are starting fresh.

Based on the hyperframes-animation skill by HeyGen (Apache-2.0), rewritten for this board and checked against hyperframes 0.8.134.

What comes back

  • A beat sheet: what moves, when, for how long and with which ease.
  • One complete scene composition with its timeline, plus the line that mounts it.
  • Slow ambient motion in the background so no frame sits dead.
  • The numbers to change to make it faster, slower or calmer.

What it needs from you

  • What is on screen and what should happen, in order.
  • Optional: the size (landscape, vertical, square), the length, colours and fonts.
