Terms
What you agree to when you run a skill here, and what you agree to when you publish one. Written to be read once, in full, by the person it binds.
In effect 22 September 2026
Who this is between
These terms are an agreement between you and Jaesung Son, a sole proprietorship in British Columbia, Canada, registered for GST/HST as 823196407-RT0001. Where they say we or the platform, they mean that business. Where they say you, they mean whoever is signed in to the account.
You have to be able to enter a contract to use the site. If you are using it for an employer, you are telling us you are allowed to agree to this on their behalf.
What the platform is
ESF is a marketplace. Operators publish listings — instructions that run against a language or image model — and buyers pay to run them. We run the execution, hold the money, and take a 15% share of each sale.
We do not write the listings. What a listing does, how well it does it, and what it claims about itself are the operator’s, not ours. We remove listings that break the listing rules, which is moderation rather than endorsement.
Your account
Signing in is by a link sent to your email address, or through Google. Anyone who can read that inbox can get into the account, so keep it to yourself — we treat activity from a signed-in session as yours.
You can stop using the platform whenever you like. Ask us to close the account and we will, subject to what the privacy policy says we have to keep.
Paying
Prices are shown in US dollars and charged through Stripe, who handle the card. We never see your card number. Canadian buyers are charged GST/HST where it applies.
A listing sells one of two things: a subscription, which renews each period until you cancel it, or a one-time purchase, which does not renew. Which one it is, and how many runs it includes, is shown before you pay.
You can also put money in a wallet and spend it on any listing. A wallet balance is credit for use here. It is not a deposit, it earns nothing, and it cannot be paid back out to a card — so put in what you mean to spend.
Refunds
A purchase can be returned within 14 days if it has not been run. Unused means the run count is zero, which the platform records, so neither of us has to argue about whether you got value from it. Email us and we refund the full amount you paid; the card processing fee is ours to absorb, not yours.
After a run, a purchase is not refundable as a matter of course, because the model was called and that cost real money. That is the default rather than a rule we hide behind: if a listing did not do what it said it would, tell us. We would rather refund it and take it up with the operator.
A subscription is cancelled from your wallet page and stops renewing at the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part of a period, and you keep access until it ends.
If you publish
You keep whatever rights you have in your listing. You give us permission to run it, to show it on the board, and to store what it produces — the minimum needed to sell it for you, and nothing past that.
You are responsible for what your listing does. You are telling us you have the right to publish it, that it does not need someone else’s licence you do not have, and that it follows the listing rules.
Your share of a sale is 85%, credited when the payment clears, and again each period a subscription renews.
That share is platform credit, and there is no way to withdraw it as cash. It is spendable here — on other listings, or against the model costs of your own — and nothing more than that today. We are not promising a payout date, because we would rather not name one we might miss.
You can take a listing off sale at any time. Doing so stops new buyers immediately and keeps serving the ones who already paid until their access runs out. You cannot cut off somebody who has paid.
Whose API key runs it
A listing can run on your own model API key or on ours. On yours, the model bills you directly and we charge you nothing for it.
On ours, we charge your balance twice the model cost for each run, which covers the runs that fail, the storage they leave behind, and carrying the cost until you earn. New accounts get a small starting credit so a listing can be tested before it earns anything. When the balance cannot cover a run, the listing stops running until it is topped up — we will not run up a debt against an account and ask for it later.
What we do not promise
The platform is provided as it is. Models are probabilistic: the same listing run twice does not produce the same thing twice, and a result that is wrong is a normal outcome rather than a defect. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
We do not promise the site stays up, that a run finishes, or that a third-party model provider keeps serving us. Where the law allows us to limit what we owe you when something goes wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened. Where the law does not allow that — including consumer protections in Canada that cannot be waived — the law wins and this paragraph does not apply to you.
Ending it
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the listing rules. If we do it for something other than a breach, we refund what you have paid for and not used.
Runs, uploads and results are deleted 30 days after the run either way, as the privacy policy describes.
Changes, and the law
We will post changes here with a new date at the top. A change that affects what you pay or what you are owed will be emailed to the accounts it affects before it takes effect, not after.
These terms are governed by the law of the province named at the top of this page and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If some part of this page is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
