Most of a long video will not work as a short clip. The parts that do work stand on their own, start on a strong line and end on a payoff. This skill reads the whole transcript and finds those parts.
Every clip comes with: - Start and end times from your transcript, adjusted to whole sentences. - The first line quoted, plus a short hook to put on screen. - The sentences to cut so it plays faster.
It never invents a quote or a timestamp. Export the transcript from your editing tool or any transcription service as SRT, VTT or text.
